Responsibilities

Oversee operation of computer hardware and software systems, coordination and scheduling of computer terminals, database, networks and website to ensure efficient use.

Monitor and control computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business and other data according to operating instructions.

Monitor and troubleshoot company IT system for equipment failure or performance errors.

Respond to program error messages by identifying and resolving problems or terminating programs.

Assist staff to resolve hardware, software, and database problems.
