Digital Transformation Consultant
Gloucester City, NJ

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop client strategies around digital solutions i.e. digitising different services that are manually operated such as manual recording of inspection & surveying
• Develop business cases for new digital transformation projects i.e. transform manual cargo loading/unloading operations to a complete autonomous system to increase overall efficiency
• Own the digital solution road map and blueprints, and drive sign-off on the solution, deep insights on implementing Industry 4.0 tools and analytics (automation, cloud platforming, new application development etc)
• Analysis and design of key user journeys, user acquisition and conversion;
• Lead digital transformation assessments at client sites with key client stakeholders, which includes as is/to be designed sessions and documentation to enable solution development.

Required Experience:

• 2+ years of experience
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering/computer science
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Deep understanding on automation/product design/product development/Industry 4.0/data/IOT
• Passion for the latest cutting-edge technologies
• A self-driven and highly motivated hands-on mentality/leadership traits
• Startup mentality with rapid prototyping/execution

Computer Operator 
Gloucester City, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Monitor/control computer & data processing equipment. 
• Monitor/respond to equipment failure/errors in performance, & program error messages by finding/correcting/terminating the program. 
• Notify supervisor of equipment malfunctions.
• Assist employees with problems.
• Produce data reports.
• Oversee operations of computer system.

Required experience:

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Degree holders
